Arrives next day in perfect condition in original packaging surrounded with more protection that had clearly been thought about and carefully done (in our experience at least one major high street retailer could learn a lot from you about this).  Your website was clear and simple, we'd spent ages on and offline trying to find what we wanted, wish we'd found you sooner.

We don't buy a Tiffany repro lamp or something like that all that often, but if we ever do again, or any of our family or friends are looking for lighting, we'll know where to send them!

Hi Colin and thank you very much for this, but THANK YOU A LOT MORE for the great service you have offered. You see, our lamps arrived today at 8 o'clock UK-time, and everything is perfect. The box was undamaged and the lamps were all securely packed.

We are very happy now, and the fast expedition by you and yours has taken a load off our shoulders, and we do not have to worry now if the parcel would make it in time. It's here, and we can safely go on holiday!!
